An excellent locum opportunity is available for an experienced Sonographer to join a busy private imaging clinic in Noosa. The position is available from the end of July or early August through until Christmas, covering a maternity leave after the current locum has finished their contract early due to a family commitment.



The clinic is equipped with Philips ultrasound machines and performs a wide variety of general ultrasound examinations. Standard appointment times are typically 20–30 minutes, with more complex studies, such as obstetric scans, allocated up to one hour.



This role would suit a confident and adaptable Sonographer who enjoys working in a supportive team while delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Qualified Sonographer with current accreditation
• Experience performing a broad range of general ultrasound examinations
• Comfortable working independently in a busy clinic environment
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Experience with Philips ultrasound systems is desirable but not essential
